Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about Long Lovely Locks, LLC and our homemade hair products. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site.

Product and Service Availability
Reference to any product or service on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell that product does not mean that the product or service is available or that the name and description of any product will be the same as that included on the Site.

Because of the nature (making it fresh) and processes of making handmade natural products, from the time that you place your order to the time that it is shipped, Long Lovely Locks has 30 days to ship your order.

Inventory information is generally available on the Site for domestic (U.S.) merchandise. International order inventory is available at a more delayed rate. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that merchandise will be shipped immediately after you place your order. However, we cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In some cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Long Lovely Locks will have 40 days to fill such an order.

Natural Products Considerations
We use the finest ingredients to craft our natural hair care products. Keep in mind that even naturally derived ingredients could irritate sensitive skin types. Therefore, we suggest that you do a “patch test” on an inconspicuous area of skin before commencing full usage of any of our products.

Because all of our products are made by hand, slight variations in color and texture are likely to occur, however, the quality of our products will always remain the same!

Please take care with our homemade hair care products made with natural ingredients. Remember to apply with clean dry hands and containers should be kept as clean as possible to avoid possible contamination. For optimal shelf life of Long Lovely Locks products, store them away from direct sunlight and in a cool and dry location.

Colors
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Backorders (out of stock)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are currently being handmade.

Long Lovely Locks, LLC will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible! If we haven't been able to formulate and ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status e-mail will be sent to you.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Long Lovely Locks, LLC merchandise. However, due the nature of the products we sell, please note that all sales are final and are not subject to returns. Please review items selected prior to completing your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, your claim must be received within five (5) days from the date you receive your order.

Product Orders
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available.

Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all.

Shipping
We ship via the U.S. Postal service. We are not responsible for errors due to printing.

Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is delivery confirmed to your address through USPS, Long Lovely Locks, will under no circumstances be responsible for the handling of said package.

Replacements
Once a package is mailed through USPS, Long Lovely Locks will not be responsible for USPS handling of said package. Long Lovely Locks will not send any replacement (free) products if USPS misplaces packages or if package is mishandled or undelivered at final deliver destination.

Product and Service Availability
Long Lovely Locks, LLC reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. Your credit card will be charged and processed at the time of your order.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to Maryland residents.

Ownership of Materials on the Site
Long Lovely Locks, LLC is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright, trademark, patent, database and other proprietary rights in the Site and its contents. Without limitation of the foregoing, we own a copyright in the Site as a collective work and/or compilation, and in the selection, co-ordination and arrangement of the information and content in the Site. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilize, or reproduce any part of the Site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use license set out in our copyright notice or as permitted by the United States Copyright Act. You may not without the prior written permission of Long Lovely Locks, LLC use any computer code, data mining software, "robot", "bot", "spider", "scraper" or other automatic device, or program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on this Site or accessed through this Site. You also may not: engage in the mass downloading of files from this Site; use the computer processing power of this Site for purposes other than those permitted above; or flood this Site with electronic traffic designed to slow or stop its operation.

User Comments, Feedback, Product Reviews and Other Submissions
We do not solicit nor do we wish to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you either through the Site, any of its services, by e-mail, or in any other way. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing prior to your submission to us, any comments, feedback, reviews, information or other material submitted or sent to us will be deemed not to be confidential or secret.
